Adam Havsky
Aerialist | Acrobat | Juggler | Musician

Adam Havsky is a multidisciplinary circus artist based in London, England.

Originally from Silver Spring, Maryland he has spent most of his life in competitive sports such as swimming, lacrosse, and cheerleading. Despite this time in traditional sport his roots in the performing and circus arts were inescapable, his mother being a director of circus and theatre and a retired professor of theatre at the University of Maryland. His father an actor and singer.

After finishing high school he went on to pursue a degree in fine art at the University of Maryland. While studying sculpture he joined the Gymkana Troupe, an acrobatic performance group that traveled and performed for schools around Maryland. This is where Adam fell in love with performing once more and decided that he would pursue a career in circus.

After two years on the Gymkana troupe and finishing his BA in sculpture he moved to Portland Oregon in 2019 to train at the Circus Project. After a year of training he then auditioned for Circadium school in Philadelphia, the only diploma awarding higher education circus school in the US, and was accepted into their fourth ever year group.

After a year at Circadium he chose to further expand his horizons and auditioned and was accepted into the National Centre for Circus Arts in London, England. Here he studied aerial straps, but also studied clowning, partner/floor acrobatics, and juggling. He prides himself in his adaptability as a performer and is always trying to expand his repetoire currently adding cyr wheel and tramp wall to his skill set.

He is also a musician having been a concert violinist for 12 years and being the bassist for the heavy metal band Lost Citadel. He regularly composes his own soundscapes and music for both himself and other artists.
